Radical Honesty

Defined as "the practice of complete honesty without telling even white lies", the phrase was trademarked in 1997 as a technique and self-improvement program based on the bestselling book by Brad Blanton. Blanton's programs argue against the moralism in honesty and instead promote the practice as a means of reducing stress, deepening connections with others, and reducing reactivity.
